We hope winter break was restful, healthy, and full of fun for all our Cub Families. We look forward to welcoming everyone back!

14th ~ 1/2 day student dismissal at 11:05, Q2 Ends
15th ~ 2nd grade and Cub Chorus musical performance at 6:30 ( doors open at 6:15)
16th ~ PTA Spirit Night at Chuck -E-Cheese from 3 -9
19th ~ School closed: Martin Luther King Jr Holiday
22nd ~ Parent/Teacher Conference by appt.
29th ~ Q2~ Report cards go home, HCPS Spelling Bee at 6:00 at Highland Springs HS
Please make sure to check the Lost and Found BEFORE Wednesday, January 7th. All left items will be donated afterschool.

Please scan the QR code to go through our lost and found clothing. If you found something that is your child’s please email or call the front office with the number on the item and your student’s name, and we will get it to your student. Thank you!
The Rubik’s Cube Tournament will be on Thursday, February 26. To help select a team, there will be 3 days for students to tryout starting Tuesday, January 6 from 7:20-7:45am in room 33. Tryouts will be Tues. 1/6, Wed. 1/7, and Fri. 1/9. Students are welcome to come to as many tryouts as they want. They do not need to attend all 3 days. Even if they can only solve part of the cube, they are encouraged to tryout! Ten students will be on the team. Once the team is set, we will have some practices after school until 3:00 in January and February.
