The PowerSchool Parent Portal is open to families for account creation and to complete back to school forms through Ecollect Forms.

If you have not already registered in PowerSchool, please do. Portal: https://sis.henrico.k12.va.us/public/home.html. You will need your child’s 11-digit student ID number. This number is located on your child’s report card.

You can now add up to two additional people, such as non-custodial parents, grandparents, guardians or stepparents, to receive ParentSquare messages!

By adding them as Contact 3 and Contact 4 in PowerSchool, they’ll get school news and important HCPS updates along with you. This information is now editable in PowerSchool (as of last week), so please take a moment to review and update your family’s contact information in PowerSchool before the start of the 2025-26 school year. ParentSquare uses this PowerSchool information to create accounts, so updating the information now ensures that everyone will receive back-to-school communication.

This is also a good time to review your family’s emergency contact information. With the division’s change to Contact 3 and Contact 4, there will only be two people listed as individual “emergency contacts” for your student in PowerSchool.
